USAGE
Wonderful for preparing desserts such as tiramisu. Green tea is almost unimaginable without matcha! To make a perfect cup of matcha, just follow a few simple steps: Sift the matcha: Place 1-2 bamboo scoops (approx. 1g) of matcha powder into a bowl and sift it finely – this creates an especially smooth, clump-free texture. Add water: Pour in about 80ml of hot water (approx. 80°C) – not boiling, to preserve the valuable ingredients. Whisk until frothy: Use the bamboo whisk (chasen) to whisk vigorously in M- or W-shaped movements until a fine, emerald-green crema forms. Enjoy: Drink immediately – plain, as a matcha latte with plant-based milk, or creatively refined in smoothies and desserts.
