Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

GERMANY: FREE for orders over EUR 39.00 – otherwise EUR 4.90

AUSTRIA: FREE for orders over EUR 39.00 – otherwise EUR 4.90

SOUTH TYROL / ITALY: FREE for orders over EUR 39.00 – otherwise EUR 7.90

SWITZERLAND: Please place your order through our Swiss partner: www.chefkoch-gewuerze.ch

EUROPE: Please check the applicable shipping costs directly in your shopping cart.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by email.

Haven't received a tracking number or can't locate your parcel? Feel free to contact us – we'll be happy to help.

Shipping Providers

Germany: Orders are generally shipped with DHL Parcel.
Austria (private customers): Orders are shipped with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).
Austria (business customers): Orders are shipped with DPD.

If you require an alternative shipping provider, please get in touch with us.

Delivery Time

We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Your parcel should usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

During periods of exceptionally high order volumes, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Please refer to the delivery time shown on the product page and in your shopping cart. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.
