Haya Molcho shapes modern Levantine cuisine like hardly any other chef. Born in Tel Aviv in 1955 and now based in Vienna, she gathered formative culinary impressions on her travels from India to Morocco.

In 2009, together with her four sons, she opened the first NENI restaurant at Vienna's Naschmarkt – the beginning of a successful European brand that stands for sharing, family and enjoyable Levantine cuisine.


Born from this passion, an exclusive Levantine spice line was created together with STAY SPICED!
