Preheat the oven to approx. 200 °C.
Wash the apples and cut out the cores.
Peel the top part of the apple and rub it with lemon juice or ascorbic acid (prevents the apple from turning brown).
Mix the almond slivers, S! Baked Apple Spice, and a little butter, then fill the apples with it.
Place the prepared baked apples next to each other in a dish and pour the white wine and water mixture over them.
Drizzle each of the baked apples with a little honey.
Bake the baked apples in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, basting them with the liquid frequently.
Before serving, sprinkle the baked apples with coarsely chopped nuts.
