USAGE
Our olive oil is ideal for preparing, refining, and finishing various dishes such as antipasti, salad dressings, or as a topping for homemade pasta. It can be heated up to 210°C, making it ideal for frying and deep-frying.

It is made from 100 percent Koroneiki olives, which are rightly nicknamed the "Queen of Olives" – after all, this high-quality olive variety is among the best in the world.
STAY SPICED! Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Eleonas cooperative, founded in 2004, which specializes in the sustainable production of olive oil and adheres to particularly strict certification standards. This strategy fits perfectly with the STAY SPICED! philosophy – after all, we also attach the utmost importance to the highest quality. Our olive oil is obtained using cold extraction. In this process, the olives are first thoroughly treated before being crushed to create a paste. This paste is then pressed under pressure in a press to extract the oil. If any olive variety deserves this special treatment, it's our Koroneiki olive. Only then can the full flavor of the olive be captured and incorporated into the oil.
Its characteristic features are intense, fruity notes with a hint of bitterness and spiciness. The flavor profile can vary depending on the harvest time and growing conditions.
