We at STAY SPICED! have the perfect recipe for you to use with this spice mix: Satay skewers with pork! Ingredients: 500 g pork fillet 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp rice wine or sherry 1 tsp sugar 5 tsp STAY SPICED! Satay Bangkok Style Preparation: Cut the pork into small cubes, mix the remaining ingredients and the STAY SPICED! Satay Bangkok Style spice mixture well in a bowl. Let the pork cubes soak in the satay marinade for eight hours. Then put the marinated pieces of meat on bamboo skewers and grill over an open wood fire. Serve with satay sauce, peanut sauce, white rice and salad.
