The same applies here as with so many classics of traditional Italian cuisine: There's no such thing as a single recipe! The possible variations are as diverse as our spice blends. Depending on your taste, season, and preferences, our salsa verde can be combined and used in many different ways.
Similar to making pesto, you add the spice mix to a blender or mortar along with plenty of olive oil and a little water. The Italian salsa verde can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Enjoy your salsa dip with your medium-cooked beef fillet, with pan-fried pork and lamb, or with classic antipasti and grilled vegetables.
Mix 1 tablespoon of S! Salsa Verde, 2 tablespoons of water (room temperature), and 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil and enjoy.
