Ideal for meat dishes, but also for seafood and vegetable dishes. We've prepared a great recipe for your homemade spicy currywurst sauce with S! Currywurst hot seasoning for about four people: • 1 tbsp olive oil • 125g tomato paste • 250ml passata • 250ml orange juice • 3/4 tsp ground star anise from STAY SPICED ! • 1 tbsp Demerara raw cane sugar from STAY SPICED ! • 1 tsp vegetable soup from STAY SPICED ! • 1 tbsp seedless chili from STAY SPICED ! • 3 tbsp Currywurst hot seasoning from STAY SPICED ! • Salt from STAY SPICED ! • Black Gold from STAY SPICED ! Preparation: Roast the tomato paste in the heated olive oil for one minute, stirring vigorously. Add the S! Currywurst hot seasoning and seedless chili, and deglaze with orange juice. Add the passata, ground star anise, and vegetable soup mix and simmer for 5 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little water. Season to taste with salt, Black Gold, Demerara sugar, and a little more currywurst powder, if desired. When serving, sprinkle the currywurst in your homemade currywurst sauce with another sprinkle of S! Currywurst Powder. Ready in 15 minutes!
