For hummus: Blend 5g of the mix with 130g cooked chickpeas, hot water, and olive oil until creamy. For falafel: Mix 250g chickpea flour with ½ tsp baking powder, 180g water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp seasoning; let rest for 1 hour, shape into patties, and fry in a pan until golden brown.
