The organizer is SPICEWORLD GmbH, Salzburger Straße 1, 5141 Moosdorf.

Participation is possible until July 1, 2026, 11:59 PM.

3. Participation
Participation is by signing up for the STAY SPICED! newsletter via the form below and confirming the registration (double opt-in).

Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Eligibility
Eligible participants are individuals aged 18 or over with residence in Austria or Germany. Employees of SPICEWORLD GmbH are excluded.

5. Prize
The following will be raffled off:
3x STAY SPICED! All American Taste Grill & BBQ Box by Tom Heinze (6-item box)
Total merchandise value: € 162

No cash payment or exchange is possible.

6. Winner determination and notification
The winners will be determined randomly after the closing date for entries.

All participants will be informed by email.
The winner will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be re-awarded.

You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of conducting the competition and sending the newsletter, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

9. Exclusion & Changes
In case of violations of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to exclude participants.
We also reserve the right to adjust the competition or end it prematurely for important reasons.

10. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
