Classic Italian ingredients such as rosemary, sage, marjoram, oregano and basil make the spice mixture the perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, fish, poultry and veal.
The pepper trilogy of Tellicherry, Cubeb, and Bengali long pepper refines all savory dishes.
An excellent seasoning salt for refining sauces, soups and stews. Also perfect for seasoning vegetables and egg dishes.
Meat, poultry, fish, seafood or vegetables from the grill or the pan get a little kick of spice and the medium spiciness also comes into its own in salsas, sauces, dips and soups.
