Klassisch italienische Zutaten wie Rosmarin, Salbei, Majoran, Oregano und Basilikum machen die Gewürzmischung zum perfekten Begleiter für mediterrane Gerichte, Fisch, Geflügel und Kalb.
Die Pfeffer-Triologie aus Teilicherry-, Cubeben und bengalischem Landschanz-Pfeffer veredelt alle pikanten Gerichte.
Ein hervorragendes Gewürzsalz, zur Verfeinerung von Saucen, Suppen und Eintöpfen. Auch perfekt zum Würzen von Gemüse und Eierspeisen geeignet.
Fleisch, Geflügel, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte oder Gemüse vom Grill oder aus der Pfanne erhalten einen kleinen Schärfe-Kick und auch in Salsas, Saucen, Dips und Suppen kommt die mittlere Schärfe optimal zur Geltung.
