Clear water, rugged soil, good air – and the unmistakable green granite hilly landscape. The Mühlviertel is known for its quirks and edges. Chilies that grow here must be tough. We process the best of them into our sauces. Along with many other fresh ingredients, almost all of which also come from organic farmers in the Mühlviertel. Supplemented with spices and herbs from different regions and countries, this creates the inimitable taste of our organic chili sauce series "Mühlviertler FEUERzeug".

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Regionality is not a matter of taste for us, but our conviction. That's why we select our partner businesses according to a clear principle: Mühlviertel before Upper Austria before Austria. We only source ingredients from abroad that simply do not grow here. From the very beginning, we have relied entirely on organic quality for all our ingredients. Because for us, organic means: fewer pollutants, less burden on people and the environment, more unadulterated chili sauce enjoyment. And we owe that to ourselves and our customers.
