Sweet as F**K, Forbidden Sweet Spice Blend
- Sweet all-rounder for porridge, Kaiserschmarrn, cakes & desserts
- With cinnamon, vanilla, tonka bean, apple & lemon
- Developed together with Dominik Süss
USAGE
Add 1–2 tsp to porridge, Kaiserschmarrn batter, rice pudding, or cake batter. Sprinkle the mixture over breakfast bowls, yogurt, marinated fruit, or fried bananas. It also adds the perfect sweet twist to applesauce, waffles, pancakes, and creamy desserts in no time.
The name was chosen to be cheekily provocative, but the blend itself is carefully balanced. Sweet as F**k was developed in collaboration with Dominik Süss. The professional chef, cookbook author, and social media creator from the Mühlviertel region is known for uncomplicated recipes with a professional standard. Here, vanilla and tonka bean meet cinnamon, apple, and lemon, making the blend a versatile companion for breakfast and dessert.
Developed in collaboration with Dominik Süss: Cinnamon, vanilla, tonka bean, apple, and lemon are combined into a balanced spice blend for breakfast, pastries, and desserts.
Warm, round, and delicately sweet. Cinnamon and vanilla provide a soft spice, tonka bean adds depth, while apple powder and lemon sugar create a fruity, fresh balance. Sweet, but not overpowering—and versatile enough for both breakfast and dessert.
