USAGE
For farmer's house wedges, wash the unpeeled potatoes, halve them, and soak them in water for a bit. This will wash out the potato starch and make the wedges really crispy. Then drizzle with olive oil and season generously with the S! Pommes Wedges Marinating Shaker seasoning. Mix everything together and bake at 170°C (350°F) for 40 minutes until golden brown. This goes really well with corn! It also tastes absolutely fantastic over homemade popcorn! Wow!
