USAGE
Add the spice blend to hot olive oil and toast it briefly and carefully. Then add pasta, tomato sauce, or some pasta water and season to taste as needed. Ideal for Aglio e Olio, pasta bowls, sugo, oven dishes, or as a dip for bread and focaccia.
