USAGE
Für einen klassischen Hojicha Latte das Pulver mit etwas heißem Wasser glatt rühren und anschließend mit heißer oder aufgeschäumter Milch ergänzen. Auch für Tee, Smoothies, Eis, Kuchen, Kekse, Cremes oder Desserts eignet sich Hojicha hervorragend und sorgt für eine besondere geschmackliche Note.
Hojicha ist ein traditioneller japanischer Grüntee, der durch das Rösten seine charakteristische braune Farbe und seinen milden Geschmack erhält. Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Grüntees entwickelt Hojicha feine Röstnoten und enthält von Natur aus weniger Koffein. Als fein gemahlenes Pulver eignet er sich besonders gut für Getränke, Süßspeisen und kreative Rezepte.
