USAGE
Mix 1 tsp of Hack-Zack into 500 g of minced meat, add salt to taste, and let it rest briefly. Then fry or braise as usual. Ideal for meatloaf, Bolognese, chili con or sin carne, meatballs, burger patties, or vegan mince.

The chef, cookbook author, and social media creator from the Mühlviertel region stands for uncomplicated recipes with a professional edge. The blend is precisely tailored to minced meat, but works just as well with vegan mince made from soy or pea protein, as well as with lentils.
Developed together with Dominik Süss: paprika, marjoram, caraway, garlic, black pepper, and onion are combined into a balanced spice blend for minced meat and plant-based alternatives.
