USAGE
Hack Zack: ca. 1 TL auf 500 g Faschiertes, salzen nach Geschmack, kurz ziehen lassen, dann braten oder schmoren. Chick Magnet: Hendl vor dem Grillen oder Braten einreiben oder mit etwas Öl zur Marinade verrühren, passt auch ins Caesar-Dressing. Potatoe: rohe oder gekochte Erdäpfel vor dem Backen oder Braten direkt würzen, auch in Püree, Gratin oder warmen Kartoffelsalat einrühren. An:Braten: Steaks und Medaillons vor dem Anbraten oder Grillen großzügig einreiben, kein Marinieren nötig. Bei Braten und Gulasch einfach zum Röstgemüse geben. Pasta – Al dente, Basta: kurz und vorsichtig in heißem Olivenöl anrösten, dann Pasta, Sugo oder etwas Nudelwasser dazugeben. Sweet as F**k: 1–2 TL in Porridge, Schmarrnteig, Milchreis oder Kuchenteig rühren oder über Bowls, Joghurt und Obst streuen.
Dominik Süss ist im Gasthof Süß im Mühlviertel aufgewachsen und hat Koch und Kellner gelernt. Danach hat er in bekannten Küchen im In- und Ausland gekocht, unter anderem in Kopenhagen. Heute zeigt er auf Social Media, wie einfach gutes Kochen sein kann. Sein Motto: Jeder kann kochen. Jede Mischung in dieser Box hat er gemeinsam mit S! entwickelt.

Kräftig-würzig für richtig Hitze (An:Braten). Mediterran-kräutrig mit Knoblauch (Pasta). Fruchtig-süß mit Tonkabohne, Zitrus und Ingwer (Sweet as F**k).
