Chick Magnet - Lemon & Garlic Chicken, hot chicken spice blend
- For chicken, chicken bowls & plant-based alternatives
- Ideal as a marinade and for Caesar salad dressing
- Developed together with Dominik Süss
USAGE
Rub chicken directly with Chick Magnet before grilling or roasting, or mix the blend with a little oil to create a marinade. Use it to season plant-based chicken alternatives, protein bowls, or toasted bread. For Caesar salad, simply stir it into the dressing and season to taste. Insider tip: also great for shrimp!
For those who don't want protein to be boring. Chick Magnet was developed in collaboration with Dominik Süss. The professional chef, cookbook author, and social media creator from the Mühlviertel region stands for straightforward recipes with a professional standard. Parmesan powder and a subtle note of anchovy provide intense umami depth, while lemon and herbs add a touch of freshness.
Developed in collaboration with Dominik Süss: Lemon zest, garlic, Parmesan, mustard seeds, and herbs are combined into a savory, fresh seasoning blend for chicken, bowls, and Caesar salad.
Fresh, savory, and full-bodied. Lemon zest provides lightness, while garlic and onion add bold spice. Parmesan, mustard seeds, and a subtle hint of anchovy create umami depth, while chives and parsley round off the blend perfectly.
