USAGE
Rub steaks, medallions, and smaller pieces of meat generously with An:Braten before searing or grilling and get started right away. You can also use it to season vegetable slices, cauliflower steaks, tofu, or seitan. For roasts, goulash, chicken paprikash, and stews, you can add the mixture directly to the sautéed vegetables.
An:Braten is our homage to the Austrian art of grilling and was developed in collaboration with Dominik Süss. The chef, cookbook author, and social media creator from the Mühlviertel region stands for uncomplicated recipes with a professional standard. This blend is made for high heat and can be used right before searing or grilling – without the need for long marinating times.
