USE
The whole pieces are used in cooking. The skin, in particular, contributes greatly to the flavor and should never be removed.

GOOD TO KNOW
We use them in almost every dish that has something to do with tomatoes: in tomato soup, in spaghetti sauce, on pizza, etc. Salted lemons are especially great on pizza, when they get a bit crispy and browned. But it doesn't always have to be something with tomatoes; they're also delicious in a whipped cream sauce with poppy seed miso and a little garlic.

TASTE
