By participating in the SPICEWORLD competition, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition is possible until July 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these terms and conditions.

Eligible to participate are all persons over 18 years of age who are residents of Austria or Germany.

Each person may only participate in this competition once.

To participate in this competition, all conditions must be met (see above).

Participation is automatic upon meeting the conditions.

This competition is in no way associated with Facebook/Meta and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook.

The winner will be determined by a random generator and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

If there is no contact for non-cash prizes within one week, the respective prize will be awarded differently.

Participants agree that personal data (Facebook name/Instagram name) will be collected and stored electronically.

In case of problems, we reserve the right to change or terminate the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Cash payment of prizes and exchanges are not possible.

Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation remains unaffected.
