By participating in the SPICEWORLD competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.

Participation in the competition is possible until March 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these terms and conditions.

All persons aged 18 or over residing in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate.

Only one entry per person is permitted in this competition.

To participate in this competition, all conditions must be met (see above).

Participation is automatic upon meeting the conditions.

This competition is in no way associated with Facebook/Meta and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook.

The winner will be determined by random generator and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

If contact is not established for material prizes within one week, the respective prize will be awarded elsewhere.

Participants agree that personal data (Facebook name/Instagram name) will be collected and stored electronically.

In case of problems, we reserve the right to change or terminate the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Cash payment of prizes and exchanges are not possible.

Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected.
