The “Scharfe Mühlviertlerin” – one of the three extra-hot chili sauces. It is often bought by “extreme chili fans” when it comes to eating a really, really hot organic chili sauce.

Goes well with fiery barbecues with pork or beef. Can also be used in many different ways as a liquid rub addition. A real top burner! You can feel the harsh climate of the northern Mühlviertel very intensely here, but there is still plenty of flavor before the finish.
