MANUFACTURE
The seeds of southern German grapes—a valuable byproduct of the grape harvest—are carefully harvested and gently cold-pressed in small batches. The result: a natural oil, sustainably produced and free from additives.

USAGE
Cold-pressed grape seed oil is only suitable for frying to a limited extent and should not be heated above 160–180°C. It is ideal for gently searing, briefly steaming, or baking at moderate temperatures. For searing or deep-frying, we recommend a more heat-stable oil – such as our olive oil, which can be heated up to 210°C. Whether for fresh salads, tender vegetables, or as a base for fine mayonnaise – grape seed oil impresses with its subtle restraint and elegant refinement. It is also a real delight in marinades or over fish.
