Squid Ink, liquid, 500 g

You can use cuttlefish ink to color fresh pasta dough or risotto black. The "Tinta de Calamar" is squid from a gland into the water by the cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis) as it escapes in order to make itself "invisible". Dosage for pasta: 2-5% cuttlefish ink to the total amount of pasta dough, depending on the desired color intensity.
