Haya Molcho – top restaurateur, family person & expert of Levantine cuisine for STAY SPICED!

Born in Tel Aviv in 1955, Haya Molcho now lives and loves in Vienna. For years she accompanied her husband Samy Molcho on tours around the world: India, China, Japan, Morocco. Inspired by these intense impressions, a hobby became her calling and Haya found her identity in cooking. In her cooking and her books she shows her deep connection to the flavors of the Middle East.

Initially a career changer in catering, she opened the first restaurant on Vienna's Naschmarkt in 2009 and established the sharing concept. Today she is an integral part of the gastronomy scene. Together with her four sons Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan, she founded the NENI brand, which stands for family spirit and joie de vivre in Levantine cuisine.
