Food.People.Stories.

Haya Molcho, born in Tel Aviv, travels her hometown in search of the best dishes.

The dishes were prepared with regional ingredients and reminiscent of the tastes of Haya's childhood: sabich sandwich, green shakshuka, lamb with figs and grapes, cactus fruit sorbet, and much more. Things that were once brought to the city from all over the world now find their way into her kitchen. And when people sit together at a table, not only food is shared, but also memories, ideas, stories, and recipes.

Tel Aviv is colorful, diverse, cosmopolitan, and modern. It's where the world meets, where cultures, religions, and culinary traditions merge. With atmospheric photos, exciting stories, and local recipes, Haya Molcho, founder of the NENI restaurants, who grew up in Tel Aviv herself, and her four sons Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv, and Ilan paint a vivid portrait of their vibrant and constantly changing hometown. The NENI recipes, complemented by dishes from local restaurateurs and connoisseurs, reflect the special spirit of Tel Aviv's diverse cuisine. The first travel cookbook on the trendy metropolis.
