Haya Molcho, born in Tel Aviv, got to know the cuisines of the world on her travels. In March 2009, she realized her dream and opened NENI at Vienna's Naschmarkt with her sons. Today, NENI is a Europe-wide brand and has opened the doors to Levantine cuisine.

The food was cooked with regional ingredients and in memory of the tastes of Haya's childhood: Sabich sandwich, green shakshuka, lamb with figs and grapes, cactus fruit sorbet and much more.
