With full flavor and a pleasant heat – the organic chili sauce: "Jerky." A blend of Jamaican Spice Girl and local chili dirndl. The perfect combination of two culinary cultures. A sweet, intense spice reggae from STAY SPICED! blends with a fruity, fresh Landler from the organic Mühlviertel region to create this special edition. The chili salt adds a medium heat to all kinds of dishes, and the red ground jalapeno chili is ideal for spicy sauces and all dishes that require a flavorful, fruity yet spicy note with a tolerable heat. The red jalapeno chili is often used in classic Tex-Mex and Southern cuisine. The Carolina Reaper chili is versatile and ideal for sauces, stews, and braised dishes, especially for all other dishes that tolerate heat. Dosage should be used extremely sparingly and carefully. Sweet and fruity, slightly bitter, with aromas of chocolate, citrus fruits, and cherries—and hellish spiciness.
