Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Eleonas cooperative, founded in 2004, which specializes in the sustainable production of olive oil and adheres to particularly strict certification standards. This strategy fits perfectly with the STAY SPICED! philosophy – after all, we also attach the utmost importance to the highest quality. Our olive oil is obtained using cold extraction. In this process, the olives are first thoroughly treated before being crushed to create a paste. This paste is then pressed under pressure in a press to extract the oil.
