"Lust auf fremde Küche" by NENI Haya Molcho | Cookbook

The NENI classic for the next generation
Combined with personal stories, the book is a tribute to good food, Haya's passion for cooking, and, above all, her family, which recently welcomed a new member: Haya's first grandchild, to whom this book is dedicated. And if you're wondering why the book appears to be bound backwards, that's quite correct. It's meant to be read from right to left, as in Hebrew. The creative and simple recipes from Haya Molcho's classic cookbook have delighted not only restaurant goers from generation to generation, but also her own family.
Who is?
Haya Molcho, born in Tel Aviv, discovered the cuisines of the world on her travels. In March 2009, she realized her dream and opened NENI with her sons at Vienna's Naschmarkt. Today, NENI is a pan-European brand and has opened the doors to Levantine cuisine.
