500g red or white beans, salt, 500g streaky beef, 500g pork neck, 500g tomatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 2 onions, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 green peppers, 2 tbsp S! Chili con Carne seasoning.
Cook the soaked beans for 1 hour until soft, then add the chopped meat. When the meat is soft, add the boiled and peeled tomatoes, the previously browned onions and peppers and thicken with corn flour. Add 2 tablespoons of chili con carne seasoning and let it cook. Spice up with chillies to taste.
