Glühwein wird typischerweise aus Rotwein hergestellt, der mit verschiedenen Gewürzen wie Zimt, Nelken, Sternanis und Orangenschalen erhitzt wird. Die Zugabe von Zucker oder Honig verleiht dem Getränk eine angenehme Süße. Unser Glühwein-Gewürz besteht aus einer tollen Mischung verschiedenster Gewürze – passend für die kalte Jahreszeit. Köstlich auch zu Jagertee oder heißem Apfelwein.
Unser Tipp: 1 Liter Rotwein mit Zucker, Honig oder Kandiszucker (nach Belieben, ca. 50-100g) und 1 EL Glühwein-Gewürz erhitzen, aber nicht kochen. Durchsieben und mit einer Zitronen- oder Orangenscheibe garniert warm in einer Tasse servieren. Der Glühwein kann auch mit einem Schuss Rum oder Amaretto verfeinert werden. Man kann das Gewürz auch in Wasser geben und erhitzen. Der Sud kann anschließend für Desserts und Wildgerichte verwendet werden.
