Hier gilt das gleiche wie für so viele Klassiker der traditionellen italienischen Küche: Das eine Rezept gibt es nicht! Die möglichen Variationen sind so vielfältig wie unsere Gewürzmischungen. Je nach Geschmack, Jahreszeit und Vorlieben, kann unser Salsa Verde kombiniert und verwendet werden.
Ähnlich wie bei der Herstellung von Pesto, gibt man die Gewürzmischung gemeinsam mit ausreichend Olivenöl und etwas Wasser in einen Mixer oder Mörser. In einem luftdichten Behälter kann die italienische Salsa Verde bis zu 5 Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.
Genieße deinen Salsa Dip zu deinem medium gegarten Rinderfilet, zu kurzgebratenem vom Schwein und Lamm oder zu den klassischen Antipasti und Grillgemüse.
Dazu 1 EL S! Salsa Verde, 2 EL Wasser (Zimmertemperatur) und 5-6 EL Olivenöl verrühren und genießen.
