The STAY SPICED! Tzatziki & Dip spice mix is perfect for fresh summer dips, sauces and dressings. Our recipe suggestion for a real Greek tzatziki: 250 g curd cheese, 250 g yoghurt or crème fraîche, 3 tablespoons olive oil, a small cucumber without seeds, finely chopped, 40 g onion, finely diced, 2 tablespoons tzatziki spice mix. Rehydrate the spice mix (see "Good to know"), then mix all the ingredients and leave to infuse in the fridge. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve cold.
