FORVM V. Agridulce de Chardonnay is a limited edition Spanish speciality that is stored in oak barrels until it matures. Its bouquet is sweet and balanced and strong. Excellent with fish and meat dishes as well as cold dishes. FORVM vinegars are known in fine dining around the world and are an integral part of the menu at the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. FORVM vinegars are unfiltered, so the sediment is normal.
