Soul food time – and what better way to enjoy it than with tortillas and cheese? Level! SPICEvip Julian from Carnivorgrill told us his delicious recipe for cheese-baked tortillas. Fine raclette cheese provides the special taste kick – spicy, creamy and easy to lick your fingers.
Prepare the grill to about 180 degrees direct temperature and heat a pan with oil.
Dice the onions and peppers and fry briefly. The corn, the kidney beans and the STAY SPICED ! Add spices to the pan and roast briefly.
Deglaze with water and the BBQ sauce and simmer. Do not forget to stir from time to time.
Grease a casserole dish and place the tortillas on the countertop. First fill with the bean vegetables and some raclette cheese.
Roll up the tortillas and place them in the casserole dish, spread the Vorarlberg milk raclette cheese on top and bake for about 15 minutes in the grill until golden brown. For this, it is best to adjust the grill indirectly and work with a lid.
