When you hear Mac'n'Cheese, you immediately think of the USA: After all, this is where the creamy cheese-maccheroni mix comes from, which (not too much promised!) is addictive. However, SPICEvip Dominik from doms_bbq has given the traditional American soul food an "Austrian" twist – with hearty Ländle cheese!
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions, but cook about 3 minutes shorter so that they still have some bite. Now melt the butter for the cheese sauce, stir in the flour and sauté lightly. Pour in milk and bring to a boil briefly with a whisk, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes nice and creamy. Stir in grated cheese and melt while stirring constantly. If the sauce gets too thick, pour in a little milk.
With STAY SPICED ! Season salt, cayenne chili and some garlic granules spicy. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Put the pasta in an oven-proof form, stir in the cheese sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake on a medium rail for about 20-25 minutes until the breadcrumbs roast golden yellow.
