Pure spices
When it comes to pure spices, top chef Roland Trettl draws on extraordinary treasures from the spice world. For example, fennel seeds or black gold - an exquisite pepper mixture. The selection is complemented by the extravagant spice delicacies Pimenton de la Vera Doux, the paprika powder smoked over oak wood in Spain and the noble sweet paprika from Hungary. Another highlight of the world-experienced gourmet are the roller-dried tomato flakes, which promise taste in its purest form.

Roland Trettl loves pure spices - but finely balanced spice mixtures also make his connoisseur's heart beat faster! From Mediterranean Amore to South African Chakalaka to Indian Madras Curry and Japanese Sashimi & Seafood. Absolute spice all-rounders are umami and garden herbs. Tonkakao, a mixture of cocoa and tonka bean, provides the sweet finish.
