It's a saying from India that says: There are as many different curries as there are chefs. The spice mixture "HE" by Roland Trettl harmonizes perfectly with traditional Indian and Thai dishes such as Baba Ghanoush, Brinjal Curry or Green Curry with Thai eggplant. He knew exactly which flavor nuances are essential for "his" curry and it took hours in the SPICEWORLD spice workshop to find out the right mixing ratio of the pure spices for the best taste. And believe us: With over 30 spices such as turmeric, fenugreek, hibiscus, cumin, ginger, fennel or cardamom, this is damn difficult. But as you know, we love "Mix Impossible" spice challenges.
