Tiramisu is the feel-good dessert par excellence – after all, it means nothing else than "pull me up". However, the SPICEvips Katrin & Roland from BBQ Hiesenvillage put the icing on the cake by adding S! Refine tonkakao & TNT. Here is the recipe!
Stir the yolk together with the erythritol until frothy. Then fold in the mascarino with the TNT loosely.
Add the rum to the cold coffee and soak the egg biscuits in it very briefly.
First, place a layer of the soaked egg biscuits in a rectangular or square shape. Spread a thin layer of mascarino over it. Repeat this process until all ingredients are consumed.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and mix the tonkakao with cocoa before serving and sprinkle over it – done!
