Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites stiffly. Now the yolk in a bowl with the STAY SPICED ! Mix bourbon vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, the flour and the baking powder. Now stir in the milk until a homogeneous, creamy dough is formed.
Now carefully lift the stiffly beaten egg white under the egg yolk mass. The pancake dough is ready!
Heat the butter in a pan and add pancakes about 8 centimeters in size to the pan. Fry each side for about 3 minutes until they have a delicious golden brown color on both sides.
Classically, the pancakes are now stacked on a plate for serving and doused with maple syrup . But they also taste wonderful with a little melted butter and/or honey. If you want, you can also place berries of your choice and a sliced banana on it. Or enjoy the pancakes with hazelnut cream, peanut butter, jam.
