Stir in a bowl with 3 egg yolks, the flour, the oil, STAY SPICED ! Kaiserschmarrn spice, a pinch of fleur de sel and the milk a thick, smooth dough. Then lift the egg white stiffly beaten with baking sugar loosely under the dough.
In a pan you can already melt the butter – when choosing the pan, make sure that its rim is sufficiently high so that the whole dough has space in it. Once the pan has enough heat, you can add the dough. If you like raisins, this is the point where you can spread them over the still liquid dough in the pan.
Now let the Kaiserschmarrn dough bake brown on both sides over medium heat. Now take two forks and carefully tear the dough to feast. Now you sprinkle some Kaiserschmarrn spice from STAY SPICED ! over the Kaiserschmarrn and roast it again briefly – so the sugar caramelizes on the surface of the Schmarrn, which gives it an additional taste kick. Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with a little icing sugar before serving.
