What would a cozy movie night at home be without fresh popcorn? It is hardly known how the popped corn kernels found their way into our snack bowls. We want to change that!
Put the oil and corn kernels in a saucepan. Cover with a lid before heating so that the popcorn does not fly through the kitchen when it bursts. When about half is popped up, the pot can be removed from the heat. So the popcorn does not burn and still closed corn kernels still have enough heat to open. Then it's finally time to season!
