... that warms our hearts! This beetroot soup is not only super fast prepared, but also so ingeniously delicious. But long story short: ABSOLUTELY COOK!
Before you start – be sure to put on gloves, otherwise you will have red-colored hands in the coming days.
Now it's time to cook. Peel beetroot, onion and carrots and cut them into small pieces. Heat a pot, add the butter and fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
Now add the vegetable soup and beetroot powder and let it boil. Now it's time to sit back, read a book and wait until the beetroot soup is ready.
After about 45 minutes, you can finely puree the soup with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. You can enjoy them right away – or refine them a bit.
So you can pass the soup through a sieve and garnish with whipped cream, chopped pistachios and chives. Because the eye is known to eat with it!
