Our SPICEvip @katrin_foodandfitness loves pasta ... it's a real soul food with them and she also finds a perfect hot meal when things have to go fast. Katrin loves pasta especially when she doesn't have so much time to cook due to lack of time and still wants to serve her family something delicious. preparation

Cook your favorite noodles in salted water as usual. Rub the fresh mushrooms cleanly with a kitchen paper and cut off the ends of the stems. Then cut into thick slices. Grate the Parmesan cheese and cut the chives into rolls and set aside briefly.

Then peel the onions and garlic and chop them into small pieces. Fry with a little olive oil until translucent and also set aside. Now fry the mushrooms with a little olive oil over medium heat. Should liquid form until it has evaporated.

Then the garlic and the onions are added again and the whole thing can be deglazed with the vegetable soup from STAY SPICED !.

Crème Fraîche, Parmesan and the chives rolls as well as the spices (Magic Mushroom, Pimenton d la Vera Doux, Black Gold and Spice Salt Alpine Herbs from STAY SPICED !) are now stirred in. Bring everything to a simmer and, if necessary, thicken with a little cornstarch if the sauce is still too liquid. The amount of spices can of course be adapted to your own taste.

Now the noodles can be served – let it taste you!
