Recipe: Sautéed bruschetta zoodles – vegetables in the finest way

No, it's not pasta! Gluten free, 100% vegetables and absolutely fabulous for quick cooking. Zoodels are simply zucchini cut into long strips that serve as a substitute for spaghetti – LowCarb! They are as diverse as the STAY SPICED ! Spice selection as they can be enjoyed cold or warm!

preparation

So we start: Zucchini please wash, because we use them completely. Once cut, lightly salt and wet with a little olive oil and lemon juice. 

Heat a pan well and sauté the zoodles in it briefly (= short fry) and mix in plenty of bruschetta verde from STAY SPICED !.

TIP: You get the perfect zoodels with a spiral cutter, but you can also get Julienneschneider or a knife and a steady hand – depending on the size of the zucchini. In the Spiralschnieder usually only the smaller vegetables work.
