preparation

Put on the vegetable soup first: About 10g STAY SPICED ! Stir vegetable soup spice into 500ml of boiling water. Set aside vegetable soup.

Now the two onions, the garlic clove, the carrot and the red pepper are cut into coarse cubes. Cut the washed cauliflower into small florets and cut larger pieces smaller.

Heat 2 tbsp of the coconut milk in a large saucepan. It is best not to shake the coconut milk before opening, because a thick coconut cream often settles on top – of which you can ideally use the 2 tbsp. To the 2 tbsp heated coconut milk stir in the 4 tbsp love curry Marrakech and 1 tsp purple curry of S! until a homogeneous cream forms. Sauté the onions in it, add the red pepper and cauliflower after about 4 minutes and fry – then deglaze with the juice of the lime.

Now add the red lentils and stir in everything. Pour in the vegetable soup and the remaining coconut milk and bring to a boil. Now the lid comes on for about 10 minutes – let everything cook. After ten minutes, test the lenses – if they are still too hard, simply continue cooking for 2-3 minutes with the blanket closed.

Finally, with salt and pepper from S! season to taste and – depending on taste and if available – garnish with freshly chopped coriander (alternatively parsley), the pomegranate seeds and the thinly sliced lime and serve.

The erotic lentil curry with cauliflower tastes just as "solo" as with rice or pita bread.
