Heat the oven for the baked apples to approx. 200 °C.
Wash the apples and cut out the core casing.
Peel off the upper part of the apple and rub it with lemon juice or ascorbic acid (avoids the brown coloring of the apple).
Almond sticks, S! Frying apple spice and a little butter then mix the apples with it.
Place the prepared baked apples next to each other in a mold and pour in the white wine-water mixture.
Drizzle each of the baked apples with a little honey.
Cook the baked apples in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes and often pour the liquid over them.
Before serving, sprinkle the baked apples with coarsely chopped nuts.
