preparation

Wash the apples and rub them dry with a tea towel, now cut off the lid straight and set aside. Remove the core casing with an apple cutter – but be careful: there must be no hole at the bottom of the apple. Scrape out the remaining apple with a small spoon. The apples inside with some STAY SPICED ! Dust the baked apple spice.

Adjust the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.

Now cut the dominoes down to 5 pieces, we need them later as decoration. We now mix the chopped dominoes with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baked apple spice from STAY SPICED!. We now distribute this mass evenly into the 4 apples. Carefully place the lid on it again and place in the oven for about 20 minutes on a tray with baking paper. Here, too, caution is advised, the apples break up quickly on the sides – so keep an eye on the time!

In the meantime, mix 6 tbsp cold milk with 40g of sugar and the custard powder, bring another 500ml of milk to a boil and stir in the sugar pudding mass evenly with a whisk. Your Little Miss Sunshine prefers to use the pudding as a vanilla sauce – but that's up to you. The pudding should not get hard, with constant stirring you avoid that. Remove the apples from the oven after 20 minutes, spread the slightly liquid pudding mass on a plate, put the apple on it, halve and decorate the remaining dominoes.

Merry Christmas wishes you SPICEvip Your Little Miss Sunshine!
